Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
SahmEDR is a Linux endpoint detection and response platform. This policy explains what data the platform and the agent process.
What the agent collects
The agent collects security telemetry from the hosts you enroll: process executions with command lines and hashes, network connection metadata, DNS queries, authentication events, privilege changes, persistence changes, file metadata in monitored paths, and installed package versions. File contents and network packet payloads are never uploaded.
How data is used
Telemetry is used to detect threats, build timelines for investigation, and enforce the response actions you configure. It is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Telemetry is retained for your plan's retention period and then deleted automatically. You can export or erase your organization's data from the console at any time.
