Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This DPA applies where SahmEDR processes personal data on your behalf as part of the endpoint telemetry described in the Privacy Policy.

Roles

You are the data controller for telemetry collected from your hosts. SahmEDR acts as a data processor on your instructions.

Processing

We process telemetry only to provide the detection, investigation, and response features of the platform, and for the security and operation of the service itself.

Security

Telemetry is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to your organization's authenticated users, and all console actions are audit-logged.

Sub-processors

Current sub-processors are available on request. We will notify you before adding new sub-processors that process telemetry.
